In enviroments were there are children, it is hard putting up a verbal restriction on these shows.
But DStv has a child lock feature that has been around for a very long time, but many people do not know about or use. This feature helps you set a password on certain programs that are marked SNVL (sex, nudity, violence, language)
Press the MENU button on your DStv Remote to access Settings, then select the Parental Control option.
Enter the default Parental Guidance pin which is 1234, then proceed to change the pin to any four letter password of your choosing that would be easy for you to remember.

On a final note, even if you forget your Parental Guidance(PG) pin, a call to the DStv call centre will reset the pin to default.
